GP Racing Returns To Zoo City Motocross
Asheboro, NC – GP racing will return to the Zoo City Motorsports Park for the first time since 2010 with the Zoo City GP to be held on December 30th. The race will consist of two 20-minute motos for all classes to be run across a three mile course that will incorporate multiple aspects of motorcycle racing into one event.
The course will feature flowing woods trails in addition to the Zoo City Motocross track and optional “Extreme Obstacles” located at various points along the course. There will be classes available for all ages ranging from 50cc beginners all the way to the Pro class featuring a pro purse.

Race fees will be $30 for all entries and a Zoo City membership will be required. Yearly memberships are $10 or a one day membership will be available for $5.
Additionally, Zoo City Motorsports Park will also be open the following Monday and Tuesday, New Years Eve and New Years Day, for open riding on the motocross along with New Years celebrations including food, games and more fun activities.
